AI made generic content worthless. That is good news for you.

When anyone can generate a passable guide, the premium shifts to lived, local and specific knowledge. Here is how to build a product AI cannot flatten.

If a buyer can get your product's content from a chatbot in thirty seconds, your product has no price. That is the uncomfortable baseline of 2026.

What survives is anything grounded in something a model does not have: your own data, your own client work, local regulation, local pricing, local logistics, your own failures.

Practical translation. Instead of 'How to write a business plan', sell 'The business plan format that has actually passed a Zambian bank loan review, with two filled examples'. Instead of 'Social media guide', sell 'Ninety captions for a Lusaka food business, with the four that drove real orders'.

Use AI to compress your production time — outlining, editing, formatting, cover copy — and spend the saved hours collecting the specific material that makes the product unrepeatable.

The creators struggling right now are the ones selling summaries. The ones growing are selling proof.
